Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin â a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc â an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake â select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
