Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.
Former twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly happening.
